Phillips River Mining has been a proud member of the Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun communities for more than 10 years, and is committed to an open and transparent consultation process to ensure all stakeholders are fully informed and have the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed Phillips River Project.

Phillips River has undertaken a coordinated stakeholder engagement programme since 2005 and has signed a native title agreement with Wagyl Kaip/Southern Noongar Peoples. Over the last six months the company has briefed all key stakeholder groups within the community.

What benefits will the proposed Phillips River Project bring the local community?

For a relatively small company, PRM already has a strong track record of supporting local communities, including funding and providing labour for Ravensthorpe’s roundabout vegetation project, $20,000 to the local St John’s Ambulance Service, and regular sponsorship of local events and programs.
