Mr Bohannan was appointed Chairman in February 2007 and has since lead the development of a new strategy that will ensure Tectonic realises the full potential of its most valuable asset, Phillips River.
Formerly, Mr Bohannan was Chief Executive Officer of Braemore Resources (2006 - 2008) where he implemented the commercialisation of the CONROAST technology leading to the development of an independent platinum group metals smelter in South Africa.
He also previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Gallery Gold (2002-2006), where he took the company from a market capitalisation of approximately A$20 million to A$300 million.
In addition to a First Class Honours Mining Engineering degree from Royal School of Mines Imperial College in London, Mr Bohannan has a Masters in Business Administration from Deakin University.
Mr Bohannan is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Steve Norregaard, Managing Director

Mr Norregaard joined the company in August 2002 and was appointed to the board on 1 January 2004 as Managing Director.
Mr Norregaard has overseen Tectonic's recent rationalisation and transformation into a company focused on realising the potential of its flagship project, Phillips River.
Mr Norregaard's background includes both mining and management of mining operations and processing plants for a wide range of commodities including gold, copper, lead, zinc and nickel.
Formerly, Mr Norregaard was General Manager for Macmahon Underground Pty Ltd, where he successfully managed the business throughout Australia with annual turnover of up to A$80 million and over 500 employees.
Other positions previously held by Mr Norregaard include Operations Manager Eastern States for Macmahon and Operations Manager Mt Lyell Project.
Mr Norregaard was also Resident Manager at Tectonic's Mt Dimer Project where he oversaw open pit mining and processing activities, and managed all aspects of design and production from the underground mine.
Mr Norregaard holds a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Mining from the Western Australian School of Mines and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Andrew Czerw, Executive Director

Mr Czerw joined the company in August 2002 as Chief Geologist, progressing to a Board appointment as Director of Operations in May 2006. Having successfully overseen the conclusion of mining and milling operations at the Company's Burnakura Joint Venture, Mr Czerw is now focused on building on the strengths of the Phillips River Project through exploration and evaluation.
Previously, Mr Czerw held several senior mine geologist positions with a number of listed companies in Western Australia and overseas including over three years as Senior Mine Geologist/Chief Mine Geologist with Emperor Mines Ltd in Fiji where he oversaw all geological functions for a 150,000 oz pa producer.
Mr Czerw holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Tony Martin, Non-Executive Director

Over the last 10 years he has been an executive director of a number of publicly listed and private companies.
Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer and Director of Westgold Resources NL responsible for exploration and development of base metals and gold projects in the Tennant Creek region.
His former roles also include Managing Director of Navarre Resources Pty Ltd and Executive Director of Helix Resources Limited.
Mr Martin currently works as an exploration management consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in geology and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Joe Totaro, Non-Executive Director

Mr Totaro joined the Board in February 2003.
For over two decades, Mr Totaro has been involved in the activities of private and listed companies operating in the mining and mining services industry. Mr Totaro's experience includes accounting, taxation and corporate advisory services, having consulted on and managed numerous business sales and acquisitions.
